Samuel and Alice (Stone) Adams

The Adams family in Maine is descended from Samuel Adams, who was an early settler of York, Maine, and came from Shepton-Mallet, Somersetshire, England. On 10 July 1623, he married, probably in England, Alice Stone. I have not been able to find any other information about Alice Stone or her family. It is not known how many children they had, but we are descended from their son, Philip, born about 1632.
